Bluetooth Headset very SLOW and unreliable voice recognition

Does anyone else notice that using bluetooth handsfree is slow to initiate? Also any name I say the Q voice tells me a totally different name. IE: "Call Diana" "Did you say call Brian, Did you say call Ira, Did you say Call Matt"....
Very frustrating. Maybe cause I have 600 contacts on this and my E815 only had about 30.

I see their are some voice signal tweak settings I can adjust but dont know if to make it more sensitive or less sensitive.

I have the same headset and also had the E815. What I liked about the combo was that I could just flip open the headset and the phone automatically turned Bluetooth on and I was ready to go. With the Q, I have to go to Bluetooth settings and toggle ON. Has anyone found a different way to do this?

Also, I have not installed ActiveSync yet (need to do so on work laptop tomorrow) so my Contacts is still empty. I have used VoiceDial for numeric dialing and it has worked fine. I did notice the lag though, but that seems to be with everything on this phone.

My E815 and HS850 combo was the best setup bar none. Like you said, bluetooth worked instantly. Also the E815 has much better reception. The E815 gets about 2 to 3 bars inside my house where almost no other Verizon phone works (in Scotch Plains NJ) I have to stand next to the window most of the time with the Q in order to keep a call from dropping. I guess I am spoiled with the E815.

The voice recognition app does take noticeably longer to load than my e815, and at first was completely unreliable. The only problem I had with the 815 was between two similar sounding names "Grady" and "Randy", it would get them mixed up about 20% of the time. When I transferred my contacts to the Q the voice recognition did not perform well at all. But after changing the "file-as" setting within Outlook to delete the company name it now performs as good as the 815 with the exception of initial lag on start up.
