Does anyone else's Q show these 2 items in the task manager, often, if not constantly?

Did you Setup VZW wireless sync? I'm pretty sure they're running for that purpose

I show lots of items in my task manager that I'm not using.
For instance, I used the calculator a few hours ago - but I exited out (using the "back arrow") when I was done.
However, my task manager still shows it running.
Anybody know why?

I read that the back arrow isn't sufficient for exiting programs, and that you have to actually select to Exit Program. The problem with this is that some programs i.e. calculator, do not have the option to exit the program. The answer is that you need to go into the task manager and close, or "kill", them.
