You cant purchase full retail on the website only upgrade and new lines. You can go to any vzw store that has one and pay full retail.

419.99 at vzw stores.. I think Bestbuy is charging more.

You can actually purchase it online as well. You have to log into your account, select upgrade phone near the bottom of the page, select a number and then you can find the phone. If this was too vague let me know and I can explain in greater depth.
