Has anyone seen any cases out there for the Motorola Q yet? I am looking for something high quality found with Senacases or Pielframa.

I have used their cases in the past and have been very pleased. If they post the Q case as available on 6/5 as noted, I will order one ASAP. 🙂

Also just looked at eh case specs. Why would any one want a case? First off, the metal used is practically scratchless. Throw on a screen protector and and your set . Slip it in your pocket. The case defeats the entire purpose of the phone... SIZE and WEIGHT.

I'd be in for a screen protector. And I'm definately buying insurance for this phone. I prefer keeping my phone in a front pocket, and the last time I had an "open face" phone like this i cracked it open leaning on something or another.

What I'd like to see is one of those colorless translucent silicone jobs that cover everything but the screen and keyboard. Those are slick. Here's an example on a Treo:

There is a product, can't recall the name, that is basically a plastic skin that is molded in the shape of the phone and goes over the phone. It's a tough plastic and its clear. Doesn't even look like their is anything on it because it's clear. They make it for the ipod and treos. Lifetime warranty too.

I picked up the Invisible Shield for the Q over the weekend and I LOVE it. I purchased the front and back shield.
I don't like the idea of a case because it takes away from one of the best features of the phone which is it's size.

sorry, i am new jersey and both the best buys around my area have a bunch of them. i do not know if you can order directly from a store or only on the nationwide website. if you can the best buy in east hanover nj. had them today.

That's probably because except for those few places in NY, outside of NY, no one else in the NE can get the phone yet. Wait till Monday. All those cases will be gone. (if they're nice cases)

I use egrips (www.egrips.com) for my treo 700w and although there is not clip or anything, it is is sure nice with slipery phones.
They have a universal cell phone, but I'm sure if enough people ask for the Q they will start making it.

there is a silicon case being sold on ebay now. do a search on motorola q case. they come in ghost white and black and have a buy it now of 12.99 plus 5.99 shipping. they say be shipping won't be until june 9/10.
