Motorola Q a LIE!?!?!?!
Okay, I've been dealing with Verizon for some time and have become friends with one of their regional VP's.
According to him I should not hold my breath waiting for the Q. Apparently it is little more than a "concept" phone put out there to keep investors interested in motorola as they attempt to actually find a legitimate successor to the Razor.
He reports that Verizon agreed to help Motorola with this deception for lucrative discounts on future Moto Phones. The Q apparently is beyond Moto's current ability to maunfacture efficiently and at best will be available early next year.

The REAL truth is, the Q was originally given to Motorola by aliens. It is not of this world. Verizon is waiting on a huge shipment, which is being held up in space for some unknown reason. I learned this from a pretty reliable Verizon rep, who also happens to be an extraterrestrial. He's predicting early May, by the way.

Really, I can not find the image on verizons website. This Q is fantastic but wow the delays is killing me. I have a Treo 700 and its just OK coming form my Blackberry with Nextel. I just got spoiled by RIM. I hate the fact that I need 2 hands for the Treo. IM excited that the Q has the BBerry wheel. I called and asked and called and asked and NOBODy at Verizon has a clue of Q. Can you help me find the image on VZW website?

How about the fact that the FCC just approved this on the 22nd? What part of that is VZW's fault. Now that the FCC has approved it, all systems should be good to go with getting them in stock and ready to ship out. I went to training on this device last week, and the Motorola Reps for VZW were forecasting the Q to be available by the end of Q2.

Ok so there seems to be several people that claim they have the inside scoop on this phone and everyone's story is different. I just wonder if Motorola realizes there are other new phones in the market now and others coming very soon...for real though...that can pretty much compete with the Q.
I myself have been waiting quite impatiently for this thing to finally show it's head and I think by the time it does I'll have already purchased another phone.

The handset will be with Verizon wireless. The date is just unknown. All these people who test the device really do not have the answer. They are just speculating. I wouldn't expect this device to be released any time soon. The only information that i could find within VZW intranet: "a motorola handset will be released to VZW business customers between 05/24 to 07/02"

It is a slick looking phone, but notice that it is also being billed as a SUPER phone with EVERY available option.
Again, my friend at Verizon assures me that this phone will NEVER reach consumer hands.
