Help with Motorola Q Problems

My Q with Verizon service is over a year old. It is suddenly having the following problems:

When turned on it sometime freezes before completing start up. When this happens after I remove and replace the battery it will completely start up.

It occassionally turns itself off.

When I active synch it to my PC using Bluetooth I get the following error message "Critical communications services have failed to start. Try resettin the mobile device, and then connect again", however the phone does continue to complete the synchronization.

A short time ago the following error report appeared on my Q "A problem has occurred with device.exe". It has appeared only once.

Any advise on what the problems are and how they can be corrected? ...
