Answering Problems?

Since this phone is not a flip-style, has anyone had problems with answering the phone accidentally, etc. ?

I've not but do wany to know if i can turn the ring off once ringing ala the treo. It's nice to be able to silence the ring on the fly by depressing a quickly available button.
