Nokia E62 / E61

Can't charge! Help!

Hey guys,

Just got my E61, and am having a few problems.

First, whenever I plug it into the wall, it immediately says "not charging" and never charges. Any ideas?

Did you ever get this issue resolved? If so, how? I am looking at purchasing an E61, but have read several posts of people with the same complaint...
