64K Sim and Legecy Network

Does anyone know if this phone will support the Cingular 64K Sim Card with its advanced feature to pickup the Legacy (AT&T) network? The three towers in our area are still Legecy (AT&T) and have not been converted.

I dont know if this helps, but I put a Cincinnati Bell - GSM SIm card from a Nokia 6102 and 3100 in it. If you can figure out the compatibility of the card that work in these phones, then you can have an answer.
