Nokia E62 / E61

Just got an E 61 with BB connect and it works great (email as fast as my BB 8700) on cingular. Seems to slow down in the early day when my companie BES has volume coming in. It also sporadicaly updates appointments, very good so far BUT Unfortunately, one major flaw is that I can't seem to get the internet access working because the BB service is always active and won't pause when I go to the web browser. I have tried all the different options, some say no gateway response, the others say max.number of connections in use, close an active connection first. Browsing worked great a couple of times on the gprs setting, but not since . Anyone else have an e61 set up on cingular. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
