whats the difference between the V3c and the V3i.

everything. The V3c is virtually the old razr with a megapixel camera and a software upgrade.

Basically, its what the RAZR should have been when it was launced last year.

The new RAZR supports removable memory and the older ones do not.

also has i-tunes.. which means it's more than likely for cingular, which makes sense cuz of the sudden price drop on the v3

also for those of you who dont know it is also a cdma phone which is probably the biggest difference

true, the v3c is cdma, the v3i is gsm(also has i-tunes)

Not to mention that the V3c is for CDMA, and teh V3i is a GSM phone.

That is the key difference. The V3c is a CDMA as PDXMatt points out. It also has EV-DO, where as the V3i doesn't have EDGE. The V3c is also a little bigger. I know not by much, but it's still bigger. And last time I checked, the V3c doesn't have the expansion card, but the V3i does.
