Help! My phone is malfunctioned according to the computer

😢 it says that windows does not recognize the device and is malfunctioned...ive uninstalled and installed the driver but it still doesnt work..whats wrong?

Don't use the driver. Just go to 'mass storage' and select 'connect to pc' from the tools menu. The device should come up under my computer in windows without installing anything.
