Calendar Alert Issues - anyone else experiencing them?

A couple of weeks ago my 6700 started to act funny with regards to alerts. They will pop-up and display for a second then disappear. Then the phone will just keep beeping the alert. But there is no way to snooze or dismiss the alert.
Has anyone else experienced this? or know why it's occurring?

Have you gone to your "Sounds & Notifications" settings screen and checked each notification to see what you have selected? I suspect that something was changed on that screen at some point and maybe you have the "repeat" checkbox selected on one of them.

I have had the same issue on my VZW 6700, seems the last time that I had it before this time, a hard reset took care of it. Just hate to have to reinstall all my software and fix the settings.
I might get to doing that sometime this weekend, depends on what else is going on.
