Ok so the whole getting rid of the software and all worked great, but I cant access the internet at all, wwith wifi or evdo, or x1... nothing at all... So how do I fix this problem?

Whoa.. 🤠Sorry if this caused you any problems. Now that you mention it, interrupting the setup may cause some values to not be initialized depending on how soon you hit the soft reset..
you might try:
-Open your connections manager
-Add new connection
-Give it a name (i.e. "Sprint")
-Select 'cellular line'
-Input "#777" as the number, and save (no user/password.)
