Motorola i870 / i875

can't download anything!!!

I just got this phone and i like evarything on it but it won't let me download anything from the web, i try to get ringers in all formats and the phone will not accept any of them. I tried peoples advice and made my own ringers by converting and using an uploader that i'v used for years and downlading the same ringers but nothing has worked so far, can someone please help me!!!

First off...make sure that you have web access on the unit. It does take approximately 24 hours to provision onto the new unit.

Also, if you are a Sprint|Nextel customer, Nextel phones will only support user-created ringtones and ringtones from the Sprint.com page.
