Silent mode

I read in someone's review that they thought you had to go through a bunch of menus to get to silent mode. If you are reading this- look at the manual- press and hold the # key!

thank you soo much this really helped so since i lost my manuel do i do the same thing to turn it on loud again? 😲

Yes, if the phone is in silent, press and hold the # button to put it back again. Also you can adjust the ringer volume with the up/down buttons on the side of the phone. Hope this helps! 🙂
