help with phone tools
whenever i try to put an audio file using motorola phone tools, it says "mp3 codec not supported". I converted the mp3 to an .wav file but it had the same message. I checked the phone and it said it was mp3 ready. i dont know what else to, can someone help me.

I believe you need to import the MP3 file into the Phone Tools software, which will then convert the format to what the phone needs, and then transfer it. I don't think it directly-accepts MP3 files (though I haven't used it in a while, so maybe I'm wrong).
