Does anyone else have this same problem?
When ever touch the lid, weither it be to open it, close it, put my ear to it, ANYTHING it is squicky..like bad

Hello. I got this phone a few days ago and I haven't had any problems with that at all. The phone is very solid for it's price range in my opinion. Prehaps you can try swapping it out for another one.
Also I have a question, I saw in your review that you had Verizon and switched to Cingular and got this phone. I've only seen it for sale as a Gophone at Radioshack. Does Cingular actually have it for sale yet as a post paid phone where you live? I've been waiting for it to officially be released so I can obtain an unlock code for it.
