Dear Customer, Thank you for inquiring of LG Electronics. In order to transfer your pictures or data from your phone to a computer and vice versa, you will need a USB/SERIAL data cable as well as software. Unfortunately, LG does not have software available for the C2000 and therefore can not offer support concerning your second issue. The supported image file format is jpeg for your handset. We do not provide assistance for transferring or creating your own images to the C2000. In addition, the audio file format supported by the C2000 is "midi".
