Nokia 6270

Hi everyone. I need some help. I just bought this phone and I just can't get into it. I fond all the features difficult to use, whenever I sent text messages my recepients complain of garbled up messages, when I talk, I can't hear myself (with the Motorola flip phone or a regular home telephone, I could hear myself in the phone. With this phone it's like I'm talking into the air, so I'm constantly rasing my voice) There is no visible call length counter, so when I'm roaming I can't check to see my seconds and minutes, until after I'm done the call. I find the phone big. Anyone, can you give me a reason why I shouldn't take this this back, or maybe recommend something more towards what I'm looking for? Thanks
