I am getting ready to decide between one of these two phones, and am not sure which way to head. Of course, I love the design of the Razr, but is the e815 better? And also, I read where someone said the Razr has very little customization available - is this true? Thanks 🙂

I'm guessing you're with verizon, so... they will have the same abilities considering the standard Verizon menu

That is not true the 815 does not have the verizon ui. It has motos so you CAN customize it completely. The Razr on the other hand has vzw ui and your right, there is not that much customization...however in time they will all be this way. I am in the razr and love it love it love it. I had the 815. I liked it but I like the look of the razr better. I didn't really use the memory card so that wasn't a big deal to me. As long as I have my bluetooth I am happy. Also dont ask me how but the razr has much better recpection even with its internal intenna. I never have no service even in places where my 815 had no service. I say if you will use the memory slot go for the 815... if not I say the Razr.
