I've heard this is a problem with the RAZR and people say the only way to get it to update is to make a call and then it goes to the right time. Major bug it seems.

IT DOES THIS WHEN YOU CHARGE IT. IF YOU PRESS A SIDE KEY IT SHOULD UPDATE, OR OPEN AND CLOSE THE PHONE.

This seems to be a problem with all the Razr V3c phones out there. It is most likely caused by the Battery Save option. You can open the phone to the menu, then go back to your home screen and that will update the phone. Or, if you disable the Battery Save Option, that will keep it from locking up.

Very easy fix if you have not got it fixed yet. The problem lies with your initial activation. They didn't get a good update from *228. Turn your phone off...take out the battery...press the *Power Button* for 15 seconds...put your battery back in...turn your phone on...press *228...choose option 2 let it update and confirm...problem solved. I fixed both my phone and my wife's phone in less then 5 minutes. Good luck

menu, setting,initial setup, master reset (password is last 4 of your cell#) Reset phone, power off, dial *228 and problem is fixed, should be fixed forever 😁
