🙂 Hi everyone. I just got this phone on Tuesday and I seem to be having some issues. During calls, the phone keeps cutting in and out and I have a full signal (4 bars). My battery also keeps running down rather fast and I haven't even added/downloaded anything to it. Does anyone have any advice?

My battery did this too. When I got the phone, I charged it completely. About 5 hrs later, I turned the phone off prior to going to bed. I hadn't used it in this time period at all. The next morning I turned the phone on and the battery showed half charge. I just let it drain til the phone shut itself off, then charged it back up. I haven't had any problems since.

As for the cutting out on full signal, I'm not sure. Did you have a trimode phone before this one? I have found that my all digital phones sound like they are cutting out, but really arn't. They just don't pick up background noise like the trimode does. When the person I am actually speaking with is talking, their voice does not cut out.

I tried letting the battery run down completely, turned it off, and let it charge. So far I have done that twice and it still seems to drain really fast. It runs down faster than my old LG 6000 that I have had for quite a while. The people I have been talking to say that sometimes it is clear and then it just starts cutting in and out and sounds muffled. I have tried it using speakerphone and the bluetooth headset and same problems. I have also been getting a slight feedback sound every so often. I called Verizon today (from the phone) and even they said it was cutting out. I took that as my cue to return this phone. I am going tomorrow to exchange it and see if it just this phone. Hopefully, it's just this phone 😁 Thanks for your help!
