this phone is hotttttttttttt man i just got the 8100 i still have 8 days to return it.

man i love lg but the phone is having to many issues.

i hate the red face plate but i'm loving the 10 min video capture.

what i'm i to do i don't really know much about samsung phones.

i may just stick to my lg

Yeah, I know what you mean about the *issues* with the 8100!! And, I agree, I love all the features of the 8100, I just don't know if I can continue to deal with the problems I've been having.

I've had 2 different Samsung phones in the past and have not had a god experience with either. However, I have a friend who has a Samsung (with Verizon) and LOVES it. Maybe the phones I had were doo doo and that's why they aren't around anymore. Plus, that was a couple years ago (at least) and maybe they've improved.

I've made a thread asking some important questions, well imporant to me, about this Samsung phone. Hopefully someone will have some answers to it soon!

My guess is it won't be worse than the 8100. If it is, you can keep returning it until it's right!!! 😎

Yeah, considering how many times I've returned the 8100 for the volume (and other issues that were corrected by Software 4). Too bad no one will listen about the volume (hey, maybe they can't hear me - đŸ¤Ŗ !).

Funny how no one *knew* of the first *issues* with the phone (I'm talking about the techs) until one of the techs had the phone! One of the times I tries to show one of the techs what it was doing and he said, "No, that's okay, we'll just exchange it."!!

Anyway, I'm trying to avoid a situation like the one I've been in - where I have to keep going back and exchanging. I think if I have to do that all over again that they will kick my bootie!

These phones are expensive and so is cellular service. I think you should be perfectly satisfied and comfortable with your purchase, and don't hesitate to return it if you're not happy!!

Version 5 of the software if not out already, should be out soon for the 8100...
