Ring and Vibrate?
Is there any way to get the 325 to ring and vibrate at the same time? Or ring and THEN vibrate?

There is no way to get the phone to ring and vibrate at the same time, in spite of the fact it says you can do it in the manual.
Motorola and Verizon are working on a software update that will hopefully allow this function.
When the software update is available, you can update your phone for free at a verizon store.

I think you gotta just keep checking with Verizon. If I find out they've added that, I will surely post it here. If you got your phone more than a few months ago, there could be some software updates you don't have yet that might correct some bug or add a function, so you might want to check your software version now. I know that the vibrate/ring feature is not yet available.

I just got off the phone with Motorola and was told that the V325 has the capability to ring and vibrate but Verizon requested Motorola not to activate this feature.
Then I spoke to Verizon tech support and they tole me that they have no knowledge of this request and they also have no knowledge of any software upgrade to activate this feature

Vibe then Ring is part of Motorola UI - V323 has it, as well as all other Motorola phones. Verizon UI simply doesn't have such feature (e.g. V3m doesn't have it either). Many other features are gone too. So don't wait for software upgrade. 😢
