Alright, can you give me some organized reasons as to why not to buy this phone? I'm thinking about buying it but you might be able to convince me out of it if you do so in an organized manner

Well I think that this phone will do well cause of its popularity with the 1st slider. I did not really care for that phone because it was so small and hard to use. The Kyocera KOI even though it took some getting used to has been my phone for the last year and to this day I still love it and Have not had any problems with it. I would say that out of all the phones I sell. Kyocera has the lowest defect rate. Not just saying that cause I own one. I see LG and Moto problems daily. The Slider Remix if you get the bluetooth version should be a great phone. It plays MP3 and the Screen on it is fantastic and the Menus are very easy to use.
