L6 is most likely a T-Mobile phone.
I noticed that the FCC documentation for this phone was posted today (FCC ID = IHDT6FW1) and the documentation shows that it has a tri-band radio with only the 1900mhz freq activated (900 & 1800 disabled) Being it's a 1900-mhz only phone, that seems to indicate it's most likely headed to T-mobile only, at least in North America. I suppose another triband w/850mhz could be approved later for Cingular.

But it'a push to talk. Tmobile doesn't have that feature, And cingular does.

Nowadays T-Mobile's phones also have 850, so I wouldn't count on it coming to TMO.
