Motorola L2
L2 not recognized by MPT 4.0 over data cable.
I got the data cable & software in the mail yesterday, but when I connected the phone and went through the setup, the L2 was not recognized. This is after updates were downloaded. Even when I attempted to manually add the device, it's not found in the list. Only the L6 & L7 were listed. 😡
Anyone have any tips on this procedure? The computer detects the connection, but no recognition within MPT software.

Okay, figured it out. When running Setup, it will detect a modem, but not recognize the model. You just have to select L6 from the list manually.
MPT now recognizes the phone and lets me transfer files from my pc. That's really all I wanted to do!
