The speakerphone is on every time I use the phone. Is there anyway to turn off the speakerphone, so this doesn't happen?

You should be able to press the speaker button on the side and the speaker will indicate on screen. Speaker off.

I am having an issue with standby time. It starting occuring yesterday, and my phone is less than two weeks old. I love it. Really love it. I am not the type to go for bells and whistles, but it was the only thing I could find cheap enough, no plan, and believe or not had vibrate. My 5100 Nokia did not. It lasted 4 years.

I keep it charged until I leave. I have not been able to get a charger in 2 weeks. I am only on battery life for about 3-4 hours maximum. So could I have a bad battery? If so I want to return the phone to Trac and get the same one. I don't want another phone. Any sugggestions
