Sony Ericsson K750 / W800 / D750 / W700

i am concerned about the w800i and w750i's software. When downloading the songs on to the phone, could i use the Bluetooth to do it or the USB cable? and also, do the phone accept files that is being transfered to the phone by a Mac computer? Also, if i have to use the USB cable and CD-ROM, could i install it on the Mac, because my computer is a Macintosh computer... THANKS!
