Nokia 6101 / 6102
Cancelling call forwarding
Please contact me if you have a solution to this problem. T-Mobile doesn't seem to be able to help.
I have had T-Mobile for over 5 years and several different phones in that time and have always been able to turn off my voice mail (call forwarding to voice mail) when needed.
I now have the new Nokia 6101 and the options on the menus are there for cancelling the call forwarding and the seem to "work" but the calls still go to my voice mail. I liked being able to turn it off completely without having to forward my calls to a different number but that doesn't seem to be possible with this phone.
Has anyone had this same problem or know of a solution?
