Nokia 6682 / 6681
Need help foe sending text message to India
Hello all,
I have Tmobile service and bought this unlocked nokia 6681 from India. I am having some difficulty while send text messages to India from USA. This problem is only for one service provider in India. The service provider customer care suggested me to send SMS to any of his subscriber as follows.
SMS from USA Mobile to RIM (service provider's name) 093XXXXXXXX - It should be sent as 9193XXXXXXXX@ri.irisme.net
I was able to send SMS using above format whit my previous phone Motorola RAZR which i got from T-Mobile. But with this new Nokia Phone I am not able to send any text messages to RIM. I get warning message as "Invalid contact".
Please help!!!!
