Nokia 6682 / 6681

I just got this phone the other day, and I have no idea how to send emails. Is the Inbox similar to blackberry where the emails are automatically downloaded? I have a yahoo account (and a gmail account but I dont think I can use it)

I'm a novice so if you can help me with details, that will be great. Thanks!
