voice mail?
Is there something I need to do to the phone so that it will display when I have a voicemail? My old 6310i used to display an envelope when I had a message, and my new 6682 doesn't seem to display anything. What am I missing?

not sure, who's your service provider? i have cingular and it always tells me when i have a new voicemail.
in fact, it might be in your voicemail settings if you have cingular. call your voicemail, and tweak your "notifications" -i think one of them controls how you are notified.

reguarless of your provider, you may wanna call them and tell them that you aren't receiving the little icons for messages/voice mail. They can send a feature set to your phone so it knows what features are available. This can sometimes becaused if your phone isn't insync with the network anymore. I never turn mine off, so Cingular hates me, they say you should restart your phone every 3 days atleast. I only do it when I noticed problems.
