Have not had any issues with new firmware, however it (the phone) rebooted itself last night. Hopefully it was something I did and not the phone acting up. First time its done that tho.

Also, have had my 1gb from Kingston for a couple weeks now and have had no problems. Sure you got a dual voltage card?

I visited the support page on Nokia's web site but didn't see any f/w updates. On the 6882 support web page there are some links to:
- Imaging software
- Printing software
- General applications

but nothing pointing to f/w updates.

Where do I go for the f/w update?

Thanks,
fp

Why would you want to update it, is your phone not working properly?? I always say if it works fine, leave it the way it is. I never update mine.

The software will tell you no updates available, but you will have a chance to reload the firmware. Everything saved by you on your phone will be lost like it is with *#7370#.

I just upgraded from 4.62 to 4.65. Worked fine for me.

1. get the updater from the above URL
2. Install without the phone attached
3. backup phone to memory card
4. connect phone, run updater
5. restore phone from memory card

Just that easy. All you setting and applications are restored.
