iTunes 6
I updated my iTunes (on my laptop) to 6, it doesn't seem to update the phone anymore.
Clicking on the iTunes Store in iTunes shows that ver 4.9 is required for this phone... does that mean ver 6 will not work?

Go into the Menu in your phone and click on CONNECTION, then click on USB SETTINGS, and make sure that it is set to MEMORY CARD. Thats the only thing I could think of because I had a similar problem. Hope this works 😕

I must say, they screwed this one up. You may have seen my post but it takes FOREVER to load a song. not just the song time but, it takes forever and sometimes several reboots for my pc to see the phone. it is horrible. It just took me 2 hours to load 12 songs on my roomates phone. We both have the phone now. It is cool but, rediculous.
Be paitent and keep trying.
I have learned to open itunes
then plug the phone in.
WAIT< let it say update. uncheck the autofil
then drag and drop one song at at ime and do not drop the next song until it says you may eject the phone.. You have to wait till it clears then drop the next song.
There is probably a better way but not for my 3 year old sony pc.
