Well I'm glad that you are at least trying to help somebody out instead of just complaining. I was dying to buy this phone as well and I was going to buy it the first thing it came out. I actually love this phone. Both my wife and myself have no complaints whatsoever. She likes her V625 as well. The reception is great and the signal strenth is much better then any phone I've ever owned. The 3rd V635 I had, I sold to a buddy in the area and he too loves his phone. đ

I thought you only had 2 phones. Also, does the final version of the phone have an Infra-red port on it? It looks like something you see on a remote control. Its like a black plastic thing on the side of the phone.
