Can I make playlists for "My MP3s"?

So I enabled the mp3 player on the phone, but the only way to get files on there is one at a time. If I try to copy over a folder full of songs i.e. an album, nothing shows up on the My mp3 menu. If I put all the songs I want on the card, is there then a way to separate playlists? (I have, but don't fully understand Bitpim) if that helps. Thanks in advance.

I have an old post on here somewhere about how I organized my songs on the mp3 player - before the v07 update with WMA files. In short, no, you cannot make playlists. You can organize the songs by artist or album, using a code system.

For example, Let's say you have Frank Sinatra's Greatest Hits, and Elvis #1. Rename each song - FSGH01 - song title, FSGH02 - song title, etc. Then do the same with Elvis - E101 - song title, E102 - song title.mp3, etc. Just make sure each song title, including the .mp3 portion, is less than 40xx some odd characters long. I've forgotten now, since I don't use that anymore, but as I said, search the past posts - search for posts by me if you want, and I covered this in detail before.
