Upgrading From LG 7000 To LG 8100
Hi,
I currently have an LG 7000 phone and want to upgrade to the LG 8100. I have an extra AC adapter so I can charge the phone at work if I need to and I also have the extented battery. If I upgrade to the LG 8100 can I use the AC charger and extended battery on the phone or do I need to buy one specifically for the LG 8100?

You can NOT use the same battery on the 8100 as you did on the 7000. I had the 7000 and then upgraded to the 8100. But the upgrade it worth it!!!

You can use the same AC and car charger, however you can't use the same battery.

I just did that upgrade and I am really pleased. And yes, you can use the same chargers (AC and car). The Bluetooth headset capability is great, the upgraded camera is nice to have and the VCAST is really cool. I am still learning all the ins and outs (these threads are mostly very helpful) about what music will and will not work with the phone, but overall I am thrilled with the upgrade. You should do it! As much as I liked the 7000, the 8100 is better!
