Is there any way to disable the mobile web..... I just got the phone and pushed the center area up and it connected to the web... by the time I realized what I did 1 second went bye.... I am sure Verizon will hit me for like $1000 for that 1 second......

you will not get billed, the phone will allow you to enter their front page for free. The front page will ask you to go enter your account for free(you can check minutes and balance and whatnot) or sign up and pay for mobile web. So in short don't freak if you accidently hit the button, they do a pretty good job letting you know before you pay for something on mobile web or geti it now.
