They will charge you the full price and suggest to you that you add the waranty to your account.

How long have you had your phone? If it's still kind of new you may be able to call and add the insurance, and then file a claim afterwards. Just a thought. But if you've had it a while I don't think ther's much you can do.

You have 3 options if you lose your phone...
1) Get a refurbished LG 3200 or Samsung A650 for $70 (if they offer that in your area)
2) Get a brand new phone for 25% off the full retail with a new 2 year agreement or
3) Pay the full retial price...which is a lot...
