1-888-236-2746 that is the number to lg. Ask for the parts department and you can order the window or the entire faceplate for a small fee. The last time i bought a window it was like ten bucks. If you cracked the actual display and you don't have insurance then you are screwed 😳

Or if you are a dishonest person, you could go into Verizon and say something else is wrong with the function of the phone to swap out under warranty.

That is true. The last couple of times I exchanged it was for service issues, but they didn't run any tests at all. You could claim something else is wrong w/the phone and they may not even notice the cracked screen. And if they do, act surprised about it.

Um wrong on all acounts. I'm A Tech a Verizon I replace phone's all day long. The cracked display, you can get the phone replaced in store for 50 buck as long as there is no water damage done to the phone any minor phycial damage (cracked display, cracks in housing, broken flip....) can be replaced in store for 50 buck. As long as no corrosion damage is found and the display ribbon is intact (in instances of broken flip) the phone should be replaced at the nearest verizon corporate store. Though if you want to go through LG to get the window if that is all it is that is up to you, just don't let a tech know if something else is wrong with the phone that you took the outside faceplate off to replace anything or they will consider your war...
