first off i love this phone 😁 . so glad i switched from nextel. the recepion is the best i have had in a long time. ok, now my questions.

1. can you add words to the t9 dictionary?, and how many are you able to add.

2. i have read about sending ringtones via vpix. i notice that i can send them as mp3 and they play great. but i cant save them. i can send them as mid, save them, but they sound horrible. am able to send wav, but thy dont play.

3. i have noticed when receiving pix mgs. they always fail. i have to open the phone, goto mgs, goto the new msg. and receive the image.

if anyone can help that would be great.. im also going to post this in a few other places

1: you cannot add words to the dictionary..the only way that you would be able to do this is to hack into the hex code adn change it that way...
2:i would not use vpix to send urself a song...i would use email...make the sounds clp you want to use and send it to your number @vzwpix.com....make sure the size is less than 150 kb
3: It might be a problem with your phone.....call cus. ser. or bring it in

You can train any phones t9 as well as the motos itap i do believe. You type out the word you want using Abc then switch back to t9 (before hitting the space button) then once its back on t9 press space. Thats it. If this did not work then you did it wrong! NO SOUP FOR YOU! 😲

If you are doing anything on your phone (mainly talking) you wont be able to recieve a pic. You have to wait foryour convo to end. Once it ends it will auto recieve but if you are like alot of people you hit the end button like 9 times to make sure the call is ended and when you do that it cancels the recieving. Anytime the recieving is interupted by anything.. a text, a call, playing on the phone... you will have to recieve it manually. Go to your message settings...
