Which frequency is my phone using?

Hi,
How do I figure out which frequency my phone is using? I'm looking into a wireless cellular repeater since I can get up to 3 bars outside, but nothing inside my house. However, the repeater I'm looking at seems only to be 800mhz.

Thanks.

Ok,
which amplifier would I get? The Cellular 800mhz one, or the 1900mhz one?

Your phone is using CDMA 850 / CDMA 1900

I know that the phone can do either frequency, but I need to know which one of those it is using now. There are two amps available, and one only does 850mhz, and the other only does 1900. So if I get a 1900 one, and my area is only 850, it won't work. That's why I need to know.

I am guessing you have Verizon? This is what I am thinking is the easiest way to find it out. Find someone with a Nokia 6015i phone. In the menu, go to settings, then playy around with the network menu until you find it. It says it very clearly "frequency: (### mhz)". This is the only way I know of it... a friend of mine used to have a 6015, so that's how we figured it out, but that's been a while ago so I can't remember the specifics...

Hope this helps!
