Motorola E815 / E816 Hollywood

bluetooth headset muffled??

I purchased the motorola h500 and it is VERY muffled. Could I be doing something wrong to make it sound like this? I thought bluetooth(s) were supposed to be crystal clear! Please advise asap.

Probably a bad headset. Try replacing it or trying a different model/brand.
