Not so happy....
I have had this phone for maybe 2 months and I've loved it so far...but in the last week i have had problems, my problems are i am not receiving or being able to send picture messages...it freezes, my alarm was going off on the phone and then someone tried to call and it kept flashing alarm and one missed call and wouldn't stop i had to take the battery out to make it stop...and then it freezes and restarts itself at least 3 times a day... so i called verizon asking them about some of my problems and they told me my phone was running off analog towers and it should be fixed but im still not being able to send or receive pics... and another thing it does that im not sure if its the phone or the network is when i call someone it rings then whe...

This is what pisses me off about verizon, theres allways so many glitches.. My mom bought her nextel last year, and havent had one issue yet. I bought my e815 2 months ago, and have had nearly 5 to 10 porblems.

my phone will freeze and show a little hourglass on the screen when i go to use the camera or video, then says 'no service' then goes to full signal stregnth. SO FRUSTRATING

I have had my 815 for 3 months. I am on my 3rd one from VZW and had to have it reprogrammed yesterday. Problems have been mainly with the awful ECHO that the caller to my phone gets. The echo has not happened since yesterday's reprogramming so maybe VZW has got it figured out. Other than the echo, the phone works superbly on wired earpiece or just using the handset earpiece alone. It has clear wired phone sound and works great everywhere. It rarely drops calls, has 3-4 days battery life and takes OK enough photos and video (in BRIGHT LIGHT). A great phone that really works well except for the echo problem (which they may have fixed?).
