Anyone having Freeze-up problems with E815?

I had the V710 for a short while. It would freeze up on me, requiring me to power it off, then on. So I got rid of it. Anyone have that issue on the E815, or has Motorola fixed that problem?

I have actually had this happen twice. If it persists I think I will have it looked at. I just figured it was like a computer and needed to be rebooted every now and then. 😕

I'm on my 3rd one .. I took my first one into the store i originally got it from. they swapped it ... then i actually took it in yesterday and they flashed it with new software .. then it was even worse .. took it to another store and they said it was probably a bad batch and gave me another one .. so far so good ..

Yes I have had this problem several times with a few E815's. Mostly happens when I turn on my bluetooth headset while the phone is already on NOT pairing....just turning it on. It has happened other times as well. (I have a few posts further down the page)

All of you are having problems with freezing with the Moto E815? So it doesn;t seem they've made much progress in that area since the V710. When I returned my V710, the man at the VZW store that it happens a lot, and you just have to re-boot. So I went back to my LG.
Are you all keeping this phone? Don't you worry that you'll miss anycoming calls or messages when the phone might be frozen in your pocket, or car?

I've had my E815 over a week now. I must first say that I use the phone for calls, quick snapshots, speakerphone, occasional video, text and as a phonebook. So far I've not seen any freezes. My brother got an E815 last month and uses his the same way. Once again, he's seen no freezes. I have a hunch the freezing has to do with bluetooth or trying to do too much at once. My past phone was a V710 and occasionally it had gray timeouts where everything went gray and the external screen flashed Verizon Wireless, but 2 or 3 seconds later it came back to normal. That happened so rarely and everything else worked great so stability was not an issue on that phone either.
