Most everyone does. It is the way it's made. Kinda cheap feeling/sounding, but many have said they haven't had a problem with its durablility, so I wouldn't worry too much. There are a lot of past threads on this subject so do a search for "hinge durablility" or "hinge" and you can find more info.

They are very subtle clicks. The hinge is supposed to sound that way. At first glance, the 815 may seem less durable that other phones. But, after most of us have it a while. We realize it's just as durable as any other flip phone. Will the phone be around in 50 years... doubtful. Will it last the duration of your contract... easily.
