Could someone please help>> Is there a way to erase pictures saved to the phone? I had a camera phone previously that you could not erase pics already saved to the phones memory. So now you were forced to buy a memory card. Im afraid the same applies to the Motorola 815. I will be waiting for some good news... HELP!!

I've read you can't delete them, but the E815 has around 40 mb of space right out of the box, so you should be able to hold alot of pictures.

Do you mean "stored" pictures you store, or the ones that originally came on the phone?

If you mean the ones that originally came on the phone, I don't think there is any way to "delete" them. If you have found a way, let us know.

Although you can select "delete" for these pictures, it does not actually remove them. You can only "delete" picture you take or download to the phone.

Let us know!

Sammy2,

Thanks for your reply. It worked. I don't know why I couldn't find this myself. Incidentally the owners manual was no help.

the manuals have gotten worse and worse as the phones get more sophisticated.

You can also go to the pics gallery & as you scroll through the pics, hit "0" to mark. When you have the pics marked you want to delete, hit the menu button & choose "Delete Marked Items"
