Best movie format for E815?

Hi, I have a 128mb TF card, I would like to know if anybody knows what is the proper format to watch movies on my E815?, Mp4? Ect.. Thanks

you can do mp4 but it will take up a lot of space, proper format which I use and my full movies range from 50 - 80 mb is 3gp. You can get the free 3gp converters on the net.

does sound work, cause when I use mp4 from quicktime it has no sound. And hows the quality of the playback with 3gp?
